- Reservation and Payment
* All credit card holders must be aged 25 years or older at check-in. For general safety
purposes, a government ID is required to book with us.
- Cancellation Policy
* 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival, 0%
refundable if canceled after.
- Check-in and Check-out
* Check-in is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by
11am on the day of departure.
- House Rules
* No smoking is allowed inside the villa. Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise.
The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number stated at the time of
booking and the total number of guests and visitors is limited to 6 at all times.
- Quiet Hours
* Outdoor activities must cease by 10:00 PM. Moving or rearranging furniture is not
allowed. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00
AM.
- Agreement
* By making a reservation, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Compliance with Local Laws
* Guests must comply with all local ordinances regarding parking, noise, and outdoor fire restrictions.

* By submitting our forms, you agree that we may use the contact information provided to
send you communications regarding your reservation, upcoming promotions and offers
