The term of the lease will be the dates booked. As the guest making the reservation, you must be 25 years of age or older and securing the short-term lease for your personal use. Reservations on behalf of another party is not accepted and will be canceled with no refunds. Inclusion of additional guest’s names must be provided prior to arrival. Failure to disclose the names of all guests will result in cancellation.
